How to improve the equipment's environmental adaptability？
1.Eliminate splicing gaps, grooves and steps for a seamless connection between panel and housing, fundamentally preventing dust, liquid and debris from getting trapped. All corners are rounded to reduce damage from collisions.

2.An aging-resistant sealing ring is installed at the joint between panel and housing. The whole device achieves IP65 dust and water resistance, preventing beverage, water and dust from penetrating inside.

3.The panel is designed with a slight tilt to let spilled liquid drain quickly and avoid liquid accumulation. A drainage groove is reserved at the bottom to prevent liquid backflow.

4.Optimize the combination of light guide plate, brightness enhancement film and diffusion film to improve light utilization and reduce internal light loss, delivering higher luminous performance under the same power consumption.

5.The panel features AG anti-glare etching, which diffuses directional strong light into diffuse reflection to eliminate mirror reflection and harsh glare. It also lowers ambient light reflectivity, ensuring the screen content remains visible even under intense light.

6.An additional AR anti-reflection coating is applied to the glass surface, keeping light reflectivity below 2%. It greatly enhances visual clarity and preserves color and contrast even under strong light.

7.The screen is equipped with light shielding edges and a deep black bezel to block stray lateral light. The dark matte casing also minimizes cumulative ambient light reflection.

8.A forward-extending sun visor and dedicated shade are mounted on the top of the screen to block direct sunlight and spotlight glare. It works remarkably well for locations near floor-to-ceiling windows and street-facing areas.

How to ensure stable operation under high load？
1.Featuring high-stability G+G structure, the glass substrate has a low thermal expansion and deformation coefficient, with conductive circuits firmly attached. Compared with G+FF film structure, it resists circuit fatigue, fracture and delamination after repeated pressing and sliding, and withstands over ten million mechanical operations.

2.Adopt enhanced circuit technology and high-ductility ITO conductive film. Optimize routing and line width to reduce metal fatigue caused by frequent pressing. Redundant circuits are designed for key sensing areas, so local circuit damage will not affect overall touch performance.

3.It adopts full lamination with high-toughness industrial-grade OCA optical adhesive. No air gaps exist between layers, enabling even distribution of pressing force. This prevents local hollowing and displacement from long-term repeated operation and effectively slows down structural aging.

4.The surface is tempered and coated with wear-resistant nano film. With qualified Mohs hardness, it resists scratches and abrasion from frequent finger sliding, preventing signal anomalies caused by surface wear. The coating features strong adhesion and will not peel off after long-term use.
