This customizable IP65 front-sealed industrial touch monitor is developed for machinery and terminals exposed to dust, water splash, oil residue, humidity or frequent surface cleaning. It combines a flat cover glass, projected capacitive touch and a configurable metal housing for integration into industrial control panels, packaging machines, processing equipment and self-service terminals.
IP65 protection applies to the front surface after correct panel installation. Rear housing, connectors and cable entries require separate protection according to the completed equipment design. Available OEM/ODM options include display size, cover glass, gasket, touch firmware, brightness, interfaces, mounting structure, cable direction and branding.
This IP65 front-sealed industrial touch monitor provides a cleanable operator interface for equipment exposed to dust, water splash, oil residue, humidity or frequent wiping. It is intended for OEM equipment manufacturers and system integrators that require a display and touch solution adapted to the final enclosure instead of a standard retail monitor.
The monitor combines projected capacitive touch technology, flat cover glass and a configurable metal housing. Ever Glory can review the customer’s opening drawing, protected side, environmental exposure and interface requirements before confirming the production configuration.
The front sealing structure is designed to resist dust ingress and water jets from the operator-facing side after correct panel installation. Actual protection depends on the gasket, mounting surface, opening tolerance, compression condition and completed enclosure assembly.
The edge-to-edge cover glass reduces exposed gaps where dust, oil and cleaning residue can accumulate. Clear, anti-glare, anti-reflection and anti-fingerprint surface options can be evaluated according to visibility and maintenance requirements.
Projected capacitive touch provides responsive operator control for industrial HMIs and public-use terminals. Wet-finger operation, glove compatibility, false-touch suppression and thick-cover-glass performance require controller selection, firmware tuning and validation under the actual operating conditions.
The cover glass outline, printed border, gasket, housing, mounting points and cable direction can be customized to match the customer’s equipment. The required protected side must be defined before the sealing and mounting structure is approved.
Screen size, resolution, brightness, viewing angle, video input, touch interface, power input and connector position can be configured by project. High-brightness backlights and optical bonding can be considered for installations near windows or in outdoor-facing equipment.
Project support can include drawing review, controller tuning, sample development, environmental validation, pilot production and scheduled batch supply. Component availability, certification requirements and change-control expectations should be confirmed before production approval.
IP65 front protection does not mean that the complete monitor is waterproof from every direction. It applies to the operator-facing surface when the monitor is installed according to the approved mechanical and sealing design.

Specification notice: Final parameters are confirmed after reviewing the protected side, installation drawing, liquid exposure, cleaning method, interfaces and operating environment.
Provides a sealed and cleanable operator interface for equipment exposed to dust, product residue, humidity and occasional liquid splash.
Supports control panels requiring frequent wiping and front-side splash protection. Cleaning-agent compatibility, water pressure and hygiene requirements must be evaluated separately.
Helps protect the operator-facing display on machinery operating in dusty, oily or moisture-prone production areas.
The flat front glass supports routine surface cleaning, while material compatibility and regulatory compliance remain subject to the completed equipment.
Supports terminals exposed to frequent touching, routine cleaning and occasional liquid contact without relying on a consumer desktop-monitor structure.
Not necessarily. The standard protection described on this page applies to the front side after correct installation. Rear housing, connectors and cable entries require separate protection according to the completed equipment design.
IP65 should not be treated as approval for every high-pressure cleaning process. Please provide the water pressure, distance, temperature, cleaning direction and chemical exposure for engineering review.
Wet-finger and glove operation can be developed through controller selection and firmware tuning. Performance must be validated with the actual glove material, water condition, cover-glass thickness and grounding structure.
Yes. Available ODM options include glass dimensions, thickness, printed border, logo, surface treatment, gasket material, sealing position, housing, mounting holes and cable direction.
MOQ and lead time depend on the LCD size, custom glass, tooling, sealing structure and validation requirements. Send the drawing and estimated quantity for a project-specific sample and production schedule.
Send your panel opening drawing, required protected side, target IP rating, display size, liquid exposure, cleaning method, touch conditions and interface requirements. Ever Glory will review the sealing structure and recommend a suitable sample configuration for your OEM or ODM equipment project.
