1.Adopt long-lasting AF coating with high contact angle to reduce adhesion of fingerprints, sweat and water stains. The surface is easy to clean, preventing capacitive signal interference from residual water film and electrolytes.
2.Apply combined AF and wear-resistant coating for excellent anti-fouling and scratch resistance, ideal for frequent touching and repeated wiping. Anti-fouling and antibacterial coating is optional for heavy oil contamination environments.
3.
4.An insulating protective layer is added on the sensor surface to block penetration of conductive substances from sweat and beverages, preventing local short circuits and malfunction.
5.Apply weather-resistant sealant along screen edges and gaps to stop dust and stains from penetrating into internal layers, avoiding persistent malfunctions caused by internal dirt buildup.
6.Design micro bevels and drainage grooves on cover glass edges to drain water rapidly and prevent liquid from lingering on the touch area.
How to fix poor circuit contact caused by dust?1.Seal shell joints, key holes, ventilation holes, cable outlets and screen frame gaps with weatherproof dustproof sealant or foam strips to block dust ingress. Replace and supplement sealing strips for aging devices.
2.
Fit external ports with dust plugs and flip-style protective covers. Install dustproof rubber rings inside terminals and sockets to prevent dust accumulation and oxidation.
3.Install high-density nylon or metal dust screens on ventilation holes to block dust and lint. The detachable design allows easy regular cleaning.
4.Redesign the ventilation path into a labyrinth structure. It ensures smooth air circulation while blocking dust and lint from entering the interior.
FAQ1.Q: What causes disconnection and ghost touches on the touch screen?A: They are mainly triggered by residual water film, electrolytes, dirt and dust interfering with capacitive signals or causing partial short circuits.
2.Q: How do you prevent ghost touches and random screen jumps?A: We adopt interference filtering algorithms and dynamic adaptive touch thresholds to shield abnormal signals and suppress malfunctions.
3.Q: Will dust and stains lead to poor circuit contact?A: A full set of sealing, dustproof and structural designs block dust ingress and internal fouling to avoid contact failures.
4.Q: Is the screen surface easy to clean and resistant to dirt?A: Equipped with long-lasting AF composite coatings, it repels fingerprints, water and oil, and can be wiped clean effortlessly.
5.Q: Are there dedicated designs to drain liquid away from the touch area?A: Micro bevels and drainage grooves on edges guide liquid to flow off quickly and prevent long-term liquid retention.
