This 10.1-inch industrial capacitive touch monitor is developed for equipment integrators and industrial system manufacturers that require a compact, mechanically adaptable touch interface. The flush-mount structure supports installation in machine control panels, factory HMIs, control cabinets, inspection equipment and embedded industrial terminals.
The product combines an LCD, projected capacitive touch panel, control electronics and a customizable mounting structure. Each configuration is evaluated according to the equipment enclosure, operating environment, display requirements, host system and expected production volume.
The PCAP touch system can support up to 10 touch points, depending on the selected controller and operating system. Touch sensitivity and firmware can be evaluated for finger input, gloves, wet surfaces or operation through customized cover glass.
Standard and high-brightness LCD configurations are available for indoor, window-facing and outdoor-facing equipment. The required luminance should be selected according to ambient illumination, thermal conditions, power consumption and expected backlight life.
OCA or OCR optical bonding can be evaluated to reduce internal reflection, improve display contrast and limit the risk of condensation within the display stack. Bonding availability depends on the selected LCD, cover-glass design and project requirements.
Cover glass can be customized according to the equipment drawing, including thickness, external dimensions, openings, edge treatment, black border and customer logo. Optional surface treatments include anti-glare, anti-reflection, anti-fingerprint and AF coatings.
A front sealing structure can be designed around the cover glass, gasket, cabinet opening and mounting method. The final ingress-protection level must be verified using the approved configuration and representative equipment assembly. Front-panel protection must not be interpreted as whole-unit protection.
Touch stability in industrial equipment depends on controller selection, firmware tuning, grounding, shielding, power quality, cable routing and enclosure design. Ever Glory can evaluate these factors against the required ESD or EMC standard. Final validation should be completed with the monitor installed in the customer's equipment.

For machine HMIs and factory control terminals that require stable touch input, compact installation and compatibility with the host control system.
For flush-mounted operator interfaces where the display, cabinet opening, mounting points, cables and front sealing must be coordinated during equipment design.
For inspection systems, production terminals and compact machinery requiring customized interfaces, cover glass and mechanical integration.
For installations affected by strong ambient light, optional high brightness, optical bonding and AG or AR treatment can be evaluated together with thermal and environmental requirements.
Ever Glory supports project-based customization for equipment manufacturers, system integrators and industrial solution providers. Available engineering options include:
Yes. Ever Glory can customize the cover glass, external dimensions, mounting points, housing, cable outlet, interfaces, decorative printing and front sealing according to the equipment drawing. Engineering review is required before sample production.
Glove and wet-hand operation can be evaluated through touch-controller selection, firmware tuning, sensor design and cover-glass configuration. Performance must be verified using the actual glove type, water conditions and representative equipment enclosure.
Yes. High-brightness LCDs and OCA or OCR optical bonding are available as project options. The suitable configuration depends on ambient light, thermal design, power consumption, cover glass and the required operating environment.
Front protection depends on the cover glass, gasket, cabinet opening, mounting method and installation quality. The target IP rating should be specified during project review and validated using the approved assembly. Front protection does not automatically mean the complete monitor has the same IP rating.
USB touch configurations can be evaluated for Windows, Linux and Android. RS232 and I2C options depend on the selected controller and embedded platform. HDMI, VGA and project-specific display inputs can also be evaluated. Please provide the OS version, chipset and communication requirements before sampling.
MOQ and lead time are project-based. They depend on the LCD selection, custom cover glass, optical bonding, housing, tooling, material availability and validation requirements. Please provide the prototype quantity, estimated annual volume and project schedule for evaluation.
ESD and EMC performance is managed through controller tuning, grounding, shielding, filtering, power design and cable routing. The required standard and test level should be defined during project review and verified with the monitor installed in representative equipment.
